Jay Farr offers a keen understanding of customer needs and the industry trends that affect them through his 20+ years of management and software experience in the print industry. He has been involved in the Pace organization for over 20 years, with ten of those in the CEO position, and during that time has consulted with numerous print organizations, installed several hundred systems, and participated in early Internet application development in the industry. Throughout his tenure in the lead management position at Pace, he has maintained solid margins and managed the organization with strong fiscal controls.
