To ensure optimum EFI Pace performance and to assist any type of user in their unique situation, we offer support from a variety of sources including the Customer Support Hotline, System Documentation, online Knowledgebase and our flexible training program.
Customer Hotline
For immediate access to live support and expert advice, we offer the customer hotline. The customer hotline employs a diverse mix of qualified individuals who have received extensive education on EFI Pace in addition to their own hands-on experience. The staff includes people who have supported the EFI Pace software since its inception as well as professionals from related industries. To best serve customers from coast to coast, the support center holds extended hours (8:45am - 8:00pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday) and you can reach the support center by email (support@pace2020.com) or toll free (800-624-5999). We value the opportunity to collect feedback from and provide assistance to our customers, and urge all users to utilize the hotline when necessary.
