EFI offers a combination of the following resources to effectively implement the EFI Pace solution, as well as professional services for customization and data migration:
The Implementation Plan Reference Guide includes an overview of what you can expect from a typical implementation of the EFI Pace system. It outlines the milestones that make up the implementation process and includes specific details and checklists for each milestone. Please note that these milestones vary, based on the specific modules you license and the number of onsite training days you purchase. Some milestones may not apply to your particular implementation plan.
Included in all implementations is on-site training time with a EFI Pace trainer. Your EFI Pace trainer will consult with you and discuss your business processes and how the system can operate to meet your needs, as well as provide you with practical on-site training. The on-site training time is limited to areas where online training is not well suited. It includes some EFI Pace modules and the time required to put the system into production (go live) at your site.
EFI provides a repository of feature computer-based training sessions that demonstrate how specific EFI Pace enhancements affect the various system modules. With CBT sessions, you and your employees can budget time to learn the system and absorb the information online and at your own pace.
Group-based webinars, or online training sessions, enable a group of customers to review the system and its operation online. These sessions, scheduled by an EFI trainer, are generally one to two hours in length, and cover basic information about specific topics in the system. EFI also offers personalized online training and review sessions. These personal online webinars usually occur after a group webinar, and cover your specific needs in a one-on-one session with an EFI trainer. These sessions generally cover areas where specific questions and input do not apply to all customers, or provide incidental information about a particular module.
EFI Pace Fasttrack Seminars enable you to significantly reduce implementation time and complete much of the required setup for the Estimating module under the guidance of a very experienced and knowledgeable EFI Pace trainer. These multi-day seminars take place at the EFI Pace home office in Jacksonville Beach, FL, or for large class sizes, in the Continuing Education building on the UNF campus in Jacksonville, FL on the following dates:
